Texas Longhorn 70.3

Howdy everyone!
I am happy to report that we are all home from a great day at the Texas
Longhorn 70.3 event! What a fun race, the most funnest bike course I have
ever been on. As you know I crashed my bike on Set 11th, which put this race
into question for me..... I was able to have a solid enough day to get a

Unfortunately, I will not be able to host a run tonight, I may have a stress
fracture in my left foot. I'm getting it checked out by Dr. Valvo this week.

I just wanted to congratulate Kathleen Hayden. She won the Bronze in her age group at The ITU Rimini World Duathlon Champianships in Italy.

We seem to have such an insurgence of new triathletes ..... at least what I
experienced a the FLT this weekend. Is there any interest in some upcoming
clinics this winter?
Within the RATS we have so many who have great experience and have so much

Mary I didn't get to tell you either, good luck in your upcoming race. And

Good Job today everyone. It was sooooo fun out there today. We had ALOT of

Well done everyone at the Finger Lakes Triathlon today! Amazing
perfromances! In a situation where I was not able to compete, I was so
graetful to be able to cheer all of you on!!!! You all looked awesome!!!!
