Robot Framework 2.7.4 released!

Hello world,

Robot Framework 2.7.4 has been released today!

This is a rather big release, with plenty of new enhancements as well
as bug fixes.

New features include: a new XML library [1], enhanced statistics, ELSE
and ELSE IF structures in "Run keyword if", and many more. For more
information on these features and for the full list of all
enhancements and bug fixes see the release notes [2].

Users of pip package manager [3] can, again, just run `pip install -U
robotframework` to get the latest version. Others can find normal
installers from the download page [4].
