"VIRGINIA'S BIRDLIFE" (th'gold book) lists LA Waterthrush as 'common'
thru the first half of September.
I am interested , and would like to receive, any
dates,records,observers, etc. that you might have/know of....
for the Roanoke Valley(Salem,Roanoke,Roke Co. Bot. Co.) .....for the
month of Septemberfor this species.
Check your records.

The latest record at our place is August 20, which was a surprise, as I would have guessed they were here in September.

I have zero September records in Franklin County...since it borders the area you were asking about, I thought I would mention it. I do have one September record for Patrick County...one at Fairystone State Park on 20 Sep 1992.
