RB if her description is correct its got to be  a central office staff
since all other employees are around students.  It will all  come out
in the open sooner or later.  Remember the employee last year who hid
a pocket knife in the Boiler Room for a child.  Still don't know  what
that employee was thinking or if any action was taken toward the
employee. Then there was the custodian who was in trouble for saying
inappropriate things to little girls. Schools are not the safest place
some people think them to be.
