I have some good news and some bad news. Bad news first, I will no
longer be supporting the current version of roConnect (2.0). Good
news, I'm doing this because I'm focusing all my time on a complete
refresh of roConnect with both native Windows and Mac apps. I've
brought in a designer and another developer to get this new version
built as quickly as possible and to give it the highest level of
quality I can offer. I know there are bugs in the current software
setup, but given the issues a lot of users are facing I realize that a
new architecture is needed to support larger libraries and make
installation a breeze. Hopefully the current system can get people by
until the latest and greatest is ready for release. Stay tuned for
more news and updates.

Sorry I don't understand what this means: "with both native Windows and Mac apps". Does it mean I cannot run it on Linux anymore?

Any idea of a release date for the new version?
I have found 2.0 works "ok" if you use local drives and not network
and dont use IE or the subfolder option. and if you dont mind the same
movie listed 5 times in the listing
