I have a dlink, also. It was definitely the problem. It was at
firmware version 2.03NA. I upgraded it to 2.06NA and my Roku problems
(for both RoConnect and the iPhone Roku app) went away.
It's a pain to upgrade the firmware, because you can't go directly from
2.03 to 2.06. Yes, you have to upgrade to 2.04, then 2.05, then 2.06
and each takes 3-4 minutes. Anyhow, in the end, it was worth it.
