I have some problem of implementing the continuous actor critic that is described in the paper "Reinforcement Learning in Continuous Time and Space" by Kenji Doya
I am facing problem in modeling and implementing the "Normalized Gaussian Network" using MATLAB.
I want to implement the network for Actor and Critic with 25*25 bases and base size sigma=10.
Has anyone done this before?? I need some help please!!
