Subject: [R-jobs] R consultant/biostatistician sought for short term project

We are looking for a capable biostatistician or epidemiologist with
sufficient exposure and knowledge of R in order to translate a series
of legacy code into R compatible syntax files and perform statistical
analyses on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities:
-- Translation of legacy syntax from Stata .do files into reproducible
R compatible syntax files.
-- Perform other statistical analyses as required.

Ideal Candidate has the following Skills and Experience:

Required
-- Proficiency in advanced R programming, analyses (trends; Poisson,
logistic, linear regression) and knowledge of graphical functions
-- Skills in dataset manipulation (40,000+ cases)

Preferred
-- Proficiency using a Linux-based operating system
-- Proficiency using Libre/OpenOffice suite of desktop applications
-- Possess at least a relevant graduate degree (statistics,
mathematics, etc.) OR demonstrate proficiency using R
