Risk Terrain Modeling Training and Certification Webinar
This online, self-guided webinar allows you to learn RTM at your leisure from June 10 - December 31, 2013 (6 months of access).

This workshop webinar starts at the introductory level and continues through intermediate/advanced. At the end, you will be able to produce risk terrain models and maps that give actionable meaning to the relationships that exist between place-based indicators and crime (or other hazardous event) outcomes. RTM is used for crime forecasting, resource allocation, and strategic and tactical planning.

Cost is $425. This includes all course books, software (1-year ArcGIS license), and other materials. PLUS, you will have free access to InfoGroup data to produce risk terrain models for a jurisdiction of your choice.

Those that demonstrate a basic level of proficiency in RTM methods will earn a Certificate of Completion.
