I was going to do some calculations for ripplepay but it's hard to do
it and I ended up doing nothing. Take into account that anyone can
create more email addresses to create new accounts for testing. In any
case, I can tell you about registered users (this information is
public).
On
https://villages.cc/profiles/ you can count 679 registered users.
On
https://classic.ripplepay.com/ you can read:
4021 users
1440 accounts
4947 payments
Again, some data mining would be needed to estimate active users, real
payments, etc if that's what you're looking for. By "accounts" it
means trust connections between users. If there's more users than
accounts that means that there's many users without connections that
haven't really used it.
I don't know about other implementations:
http://archive.ripple-project.org/Main/Implementations
The new implementation (
https://ripple.com/) is still being used only
for testing as far as I know.
I hope this helps.
