Ring 0.3.7 released

Ring 0.3.7 is now released and on Clojars.

The primary focus of this release was to improve the state of
content-type handling. There are now two new namespaces:

* ring.util.mime-type
* ring.middleware.content-type

These provide mechanisms for guessing the mime-type of a resource by
the file extension in the URI. They complement the file-info
middleware, which guesses the mime-type for File response bodies, but
not for any other type of body.

The improved multipart-params middleware will be included in 0.3.8,
which will likely be released in a couple of week's time.
