Hi,
I notice that there is limitation for rightfield to work with ontology in obo format.
First, the ontology hierarchy tree is formed in the way that it only consider "is_a" relation. Other relations which also explicitly represent the structure are not considered.
Second, you can find other properties (relations) connect to certain class (item) in "VALUE TYPE AND PROPERTY". But it seems that you can only include one property (not all) to annotate the allowed values.  What if there are more than one properties other than "is_a" exist? Is there any way to include all of them in the allowed values?

Hi Lei,
Do you have this problem with all OBO ontologies, or just a
particular one?
The list of properties is restricted to object or data (or both)
properties according to whether you select Class, Individual or
Free-Text - but it shouldn't restrict according to a particular class.
The properties are used to create the predicate between the cell and its
populated content when generating RDF triple. Currently you can only
select one. Maybe it should allow selecting multiple which will then
lead to multiple triples?

thanks
Stuart.
