It's a idea taken from Cory Doctoro's novel ''Little Brother'' (http://
craphound.com/littlebrother) The idea is to make it easy for anyone
to securely communicate, at the behest of their government. The last
time i looked into it they didnt have much completed. i'm waiting
with bated breath for them to get close to a release.
