SWAG/Squires tryouts

Hey all dudes!

We've had a fair amount of sign-ups so far, and that's great!  Thanks to all who have been coming out to the competitive pick-ups, it's good to see a lot of the guys who are interested in trying out.  Again tryouts are:

June 2, and June 9, 11 am- 3pm, Dorey Park, Richmond.

PLEASE SIGN UP FOR TRYOUTS IF YOU'RE INTERESTED BEFORE MAY 27 (MEMORIAL DAY), ANYONE AFTER THAT WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.  We need to get a good head count for those trying out so we can make the most fun/challenging tryout possible for you all.  Click the link below to sign-up (sidenote: if you have already signed up and something has changed for you, please sign up and make your changes and I will delete your original entry). If you are a captain of a college team, and you are receiving this e-mail, please forward this on to your team's listserv, we want to make it possible for everyone that will be in the Richmond area this summer to tryout and/or play. 

Lastly, so you know what you're getting into, here are tentative tournament dates:

June 22-23- either Old Dominion Qualifier (Axton, VA), or Furniture City Tune-up (will know early June which one)

July 13- DC Champs in NOVA

July 20- Stonewalled (home tournament!)

July- Maybe Chesapeake Quali

August- Maybe Chesapeake Open (if we qualify and it's not $500)

Two practices a week (after summer league in Richmond), with an occasional third.
