DB query failed

I'm starting to try rhodes to develop mobile clients. I have wrote a
simple application that is not using rhosync and I'm getting the
following error after startup DB query failed. Error code 14.
Any idea what could be the issue?

What's the best way to post the application?

Putting a copy up on RhoHub as a public app is a great way to make it
available to us. Or keeping the app private but making Evgeny a
collaborator will work as well. You could always send a ZIP file of
all of the source but this should work even better.
