Rhino.Etl, Rhino.Dsl symbols

I use NuGet to reference my rhino dependencies, but I don't see an easy way to hook into debugging symbols for Rhino.Etl or Rhino.Dsl. 

Is there a reason these aren't up on SymbolSource like a lot of the other Rhino stuff?

No particular reason aside from time. It's something I have wanted to put in however won't be able to look at it for 2-6 weeks (when my current project wraps up.)
