  I&#39;m pretty sure the parking on the east side of Harrow at Harrow &lt;br&gt; School is primarily used by teachers.

  I am assuming that the parking bay was added to maintain the existing &lt;br&gt; parking in front of the school, but I think that is dangerous as is as &lt;br&gt; the main users would be parents dropping off children.  One point of &lt;br&gt; clarification, when I say I would want the parking moved to Ebby, I mean &lt;br&gt; the section of Ebby between Harrow and Stafford across from the school,

  Good points. But are these parking bays meant to be drop-off/loading &lt;br&gt; zones? I think there is currently parking along the east side of Harrow, &lt;br&gt; isn&#39;t there, so this may be an effort to accommodate parking rather than &lt;br&gt; intended as a drop-off zone. I think the situation is the same on Harrow &lt;br&gt; adjacent to Kelvin High School. Maybe it is thought to be safer to have

  In thinking about the parking bays on Harrow, it seems to me that they &lt;br&gt; make no sense.  Presumably, the idea is to provide a space for &lt;br&gt; parents to drop off their children.  If that&#39;s the case, we should &lt;br&gt; be considering how the students will get to the school once dropped off &lt;br&gt; (note that I am leaving out the whole issue of having parents drop off

  HI Jeremy, &lt;br&gt; The section of bike path on Harrow between Taylor and Pembina is meant to &lt;br&gt; be a one-way cycle track.  Cyclists would be reintegrated with &lt;br&gt; traffic prior to Taylor.  I don&#39;t think it&#39;s necessary, and am not &lt;br&gt; sure it&#39;s better than a bike lane.  They seem to have it starting &lt;br&gt; after the intersection with Pembina, which is very weird.  I don&#39;t

  Good comments Mark. I&#39;m very impressed that you have actually gone out &lt;br&gt; there with a tape measure to check road widths at various points. From what &lt;br&gt; you say we should be reminding the engineers to do this whenever they are &lt;br&gt; doing their plans, and the city should be providing this kind of detail to &lt;br&gt; the engineers, if they&#39;re not already.

  I took a look at these maps and generally like what is being planned. But &lt;br&gt; there is the concern that Charles raises about the bike lane on the north &lt;br&gt; side of Grosvenor next to parked cars - is there adequate clearance?
