August Updates

[RFG India]

Dear All,

We have the following updates for you from the month of August:

1. Presentation at ISB

Kanan Dhru, Founder of RFGI, was invited to make a presentation on RFGI and its activities at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Many students participated in the seminar and a lot of them have signed up to volunteer for various projects and research assignments of RFGI. Some of the students will also be working with the RFGI team in scaling up the operations of the organisation. We at RFGI are extremely excited about working with the students of ISB to take the organisation to newer heights!

2. Public Debate on Lokpal Bill

On Thursday, 25th August 2011, RFGI hosted its third public debate on Lokpal Bill and the Role of Civil Society. Please find attached the Debate Summary with this email for your reference.

3. Two New Publications

Our two new reports, one for spreading awareness among youth on how to start political parties and another on uplifting the standards of litigation in India, have been finalised and will be published shortly.
