RF22 library works out of the box with Sparkfun RFM22 Shield DEV-11018

Hi all,

Testing today with the Sparkfun RFM22 Shield DEV-11018.
https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11018

shows that it works out of the box (after adding headers).
