On a couple of occasions this morning the website appears to be down.
I'm trying to install the windows program on another PC as, on this one,
the unit doesn't show up as I think the USB ports are not version 2.0

Hi,
I'm looking at the hardware and I'm impressed. I'm wondering if there
are plans for an Android App? I have a 2.4 GHz Spectrum Analyzer
attachment for my Ipad, but I would love to use something open and with
more feature. Thanks!

RF Explorer 3G Combo with lower starting frequency

1.Could you please advice what is difference between "RF Explorer 3G Combo"
and "RF Explorer /3" ???
2. Is that possible to extend lower frequency starting point from 15MHz to
1.5MHz in "RF Explorer 3G..." ???
I mean - Is it possible in existing RF Explorer 3G... ? Is only
software needs updating? or hardware too???

New Limiter for RF Explorer

I am so pleased to hear of the RF limiter for use with the RF Explorer. I
have been wanting to build one of these for some time using HP limiter
diodes, but I never got round to doing it.

I have ordered two of these units as they are certainly competitively priced
for such a device.

What models have signal generator activated?

Hi there,
What RF Explorer models have the signal generator function enabled? The
version of the manual that's online implies that it is available but
experience suggests otherwise for the Sub1G, 2.4G and Sub3G models.
Please clarify.

Rf explorer software update

Hello there.
Can anyone tell me when the Rf explorer software will be updated. I did the
firmware upgrade and the windows software is giving me a warning now?. Also
the waterfall function does not work.

storing RF Explorer next to Wifi AP?

I just noticed that I have need storing my RF explorer next to a WIFI ap on
2.4 and 5.8 ghz. also storing my RC Transmitters in the same place.
I have some 50ohm dummies that I keep on the RFE when not in use.
Am I harming the RFE and RC transmitters keeping them so close to my access
points?

Remote Dump Issue

For some reason, I am unable to place a check mark in the "Remote Dump
active" box on the "Remote Screen" tab in RF Explorer Windows Client. I am
connected successfully to the device, other tabs work as they should, and I
can adjust the zoom on Remote Dump active, but clicking on the box still
leaves it empty. Have I missed something simple? - Paul

technology in this. We used to have to rent bulky SA's that were thousand

Hi,
I thinks is a very good idea permit to freeze plotting, and show in
different color.
For example, like the attached file:
The Purple and Yellow plot are done with and without a 50 ohm terminator,
and the light blue is the actual plot.
I think this is very useful for marking plot as reference.
I also think that will be very usefull use slider in GUI to change span,
