RF Generator

Does anyone know if the current firmware supports commands that give control to the RF generator function for the 2.4 GHz module?

Hi Dominic,

There is no functionality provided in the current API to control the RF Generator functionality from a PC. But I think is a good suggestion so I will plan for an upcoming extension to the firmware.

we found the RF Explorer to be an excellent way to provide controllable interference for protocol testing in Wireless Mesh Testbeds. Of course having commands to allow us to control the RF generator will make testing much more seamless. I look forward to using this addition for our next testing phase.

Having a strange time with my RF Explorer

 

Loaded with 1.10

 

Up/down will not raise sensitivity??

 

Across L/R dose not move frequency???

 

Aways used to be most versatile!!!

 

Help please??
