Connection Reset by Peer

When publishing a new review, I get a "connection reset by peer"
error. The only other instance of this error I could find in this
group was associated with running Review Board under the development
server. I am running under Apache on Windows XP. Here is the full
traceback and state info:

This may be outside the scope of RB - I may need to pester the folks
over on django-users. But I figured I'd give it a shot here and see if
anyone else has seen anything similar.

Also, I think the reviews are actually being published. In any case,
when I head back to the dashboard, they are no longer marked "Draft".
So this is an annoyance and I do want to fix it before we begin using
RB, but it's not holding up my efforts to get everything up and
running properly otherwise.

Ah - I needed to read my own traceback better - I didn't notice the
traceback was being issued by smtplib.py. I need to check the mail
server configuration. I retract my question.
