Review board is failing Unicode clients require a unicode enabled server. Kindly help me!

 Hello Christian,

The review board is failing with the below error please help.

Got it from perforce forum

Do not set P4CHARSET if your server is not unicode enabled. If your command returns "Unicode clients require a unicode enabled server" then unset P4CHARSET ...
