Retrieve Summary and Description from a review from a bash script

Hi,

I am using reviewboard for my project. I am working on a python script
which integrates with mantis. I need to gather Summary and Description
for a review. Is it possible? Are there Api(s) which can return the
values for a review? Please let me know.
