Podcast for job match

Ori and myself would like to record on reversim.com a session to help match employers with potential employees.

We want employers to send us mp3 of their job description and we want folks looking for jobs to send us their CV as mp3.

It should be fun and light, I mean, don't read text off a paper, don't read your entire CV. Say a few words about yourself, your company or the job you offer/looking for.

Hi Frank, 

As soon as we get a good amount of mp3s we'll put them on the air, so I hope next week or at most next-next week.

About a text versin: +1, send us texts too and we'll put them on the blog.

This sounds interesting, when do you need the mp3 for?  

Also, why not ask for text and mp3?  This way you could easily index and make it searchable for later retrieval.
