Although the quick interface stuff is very important, I suspect that
some form of "expert help" interface will also be needed. Many of the
problems people will come to CPAN to solve won't be equivalent to "find
a good book on cooking on Amazon". For many cases, the immediate
gratification interface will be best. But, for other cases...

Andy suggested a "question and answer" type interface. Several people
have pointed out some kind of Cookbook will be useful as well.

Maybe your list could provide an area for more "expert help" type
interfaces as well? I wonder where we could find examples that work
like this?
