	Version 1.1 of atomic transaction protocol

	Dangerous idea. What if something is not undoable?. Networks have a tendency to go down, and systems may be set into a read-only mode without warning. I like the TC/{txid} idea, but it seems unwise to send a 404 return value on finished transactions, because its valuable to know the difference between an unknown transaction, and a finished one.
