The hosts of the WS-REST workshop[0] at WWW each year also produce an annual Springer book on the REST topic. This year the title is:
"REST: Advanced Research Topics and Practical Applications."
They have extended the call for chapters[1] and I strongly encourage folks to consider writing for this collection. It's a great way to hone your writing skills, get experience with a "formal" paper writing style, and have a chance to get feedback from a great team of editors.
I know that several people on this list have solid ideas and direct experience on topics that would be very much in line with the aim of this book series.
If you're at all interested in being published in this space, now is a great chance to start. Just offer up a title, short abstract and outline and you'll get feedback ASAP.
As the advert sez:
"Just Do It!"
Cheers!
