Subject: Yosemite Internet Outage
Dear residents,

We have just confirmed that a switch in Yosemite Tower 4 has failed. We are working hard to replace the bad hardware as soon as possible. Until the switch is replaced, the Internet will be unavailable in certain parts of Yosemite Tower 4. If you are affected by this outage and in immediate need of Internet access, please consider the free and available computers on-campus (in the UU, library, etc.). We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions or need any other assistance, feel free to contact us.
