West Basin Municipal Water District and California American Water Company are sponsoring a water conservation program for the residents of Ladera Heights. Residents can receive a FREE landscape evaluation and along with the FREE evaluation, customers who qualify can receive a FREE “state of the art” irrigation timer valued at approximately $400.
