I wanted to identify if there are any consistencies within our community with technical issues we have had with AT&T Uverse products. We are in Upper Ladera and have had ongoing issues with our service since we had it installed almost 2 years ago. The technicians have been out here more times than I can count, and each time we are told the last guy didn't do the job right; that the problem exist in a different area than what was previously serviced. Our TV picture pixalates then freezes as does our internet service, which is a result of our gateway box going in and out.

 

The only consistency in our service is the consistent technical issues. Is our problem isolated or has other residents had the same problems?
