need help with mirroring.....

Please I need help big time with mirroring

Is there anything need to be changed on hook script other than
changing file extension .tmpl to .bat?

I tried running the svnsync command for just the pb-models-ctramp
repository and got this error

svnsync: At least one property change failed; repository is unchanged
svnsync: Error setting property 'log':
Could not execute PROPPATCH.

Could you please help? It would be highly appreciated...
