LHC Moved Against Blackwater

LAHORE, Pakistan, 24 October 2009 (TNI) - The Lahore High Court [LHC]
has been moved against the [illegal] operations of a private U.S. army
"Blackwater" [also known as Blackwater USA, Blackwater Worldwide,
Blackwater International, Xe Services, Xe Company, Xe International,
Xe Worldwide, and U.S. Training Center], which works under the cover
of a security agency and is notorious for perpetrating the worst kind
of inhuman torture on Iraqi-Muslims during the ongoing [unlawful] U.S.
invasion [and occupation of Iraq].

Petitioner, Sardar Zafar Hussain Khan, President of the Kisan Board
Pakistan (KBP), in his petition, through counsel Mirza Abdul Khaliq,
submitted that Blackwater came to Pakistan with a new name "Xe
International" [Xe Services] and had begun illegal military operations
on Pakistani soil.

The counsel said Pakistani citizens are afraid of Xe [Services] and
its illegal activities which already appeared on media. He submitted
that country's top nuclear scientist Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan had also
expressed serious fear for his life from Xe, and asked that [Pakistan]
federal government should be directed to explain its position on the
matter. The federal government [led by the PPP Zardari-Gilani Mafia]
and Ministry of Interior [headed by PPP corrupt traitor Abdur Rehman
Malik] were made parties in the petition which was fixed for hearing
on October 26 [2009].

LAHORE, Pakistan, 24 October 2009 (The Nation) - Kisan Board Pakistan
(KBP) has filed a petition before Lahore High Court [LHC] against
alleged operations of an American private security company
'Blackwater' [also known as Blackwater USA, Blackwater Worldwide,
Blackwater International, Xe Services, Xe Company, Xe International,
Xe Worldwide, and U.S. Training Center].

KBP's President Sardar Zafar Hussain Khan, through counsel Mirza Abdul
Khaliq, submitted that the Blackwater with a new name "XE [Services]"
is conducting its illegal operations on Pakistani soil. Counsel said
the Pakistani citizens are afraid of its illegal activities which have
already been reported by different national newspapers. The counsel
said [Pakistan] federal government should explain its position on the
matter. The petitioner has made federal government and Ministry of
Interior as respondents in his lawsuit. The petition is fixed for
hearing on October 26 [2009].
