Ok, so I downloaded a fresh set of source files from GitHub and tried to
just do an "ant run" from them and got the errors seen in the attached
screen capture. Just for curiosity I checked Java Visual VM and there is no
Java instance running so this is a different problem than I was having
before.

Where should I go from here?
