The case for renovation grows stronger every day - thanks for participating in this movement through the Des Moines Rehabbers Club.
A new report produced by the Nationl Trust for Historic Preservation called "The Greenest Building: Quantifying the Environmental Value of Building Reuse", concludes that, when comparing buildings of equivalent size and function, building reuse almost always offers environmental savings over demolition and new construction.
