All,

 

The Riverside County EMS Agency is requesting your facility’s participation in the Annual Sidewalk CPR public education event on June 4, 2013.  Participation means that your facility will host a training site(s) with your personnel providing hands-only CPR to the public.  I have attached a memo and registration file for details.  The American Heart Association has put together a great link that provides everything you need to plan your event: Event Toolkit

 

If you are interested, please complete the attached registration for so the EMS Agency can coordinate your participation with the American Heart Association.  Once we receive your registration, we will send you a roster sheet and check list.  We appreciate your participation and look forward to working together to educate our Community.
