I have used this app before and i LOVE the idea and how it works. when
i say i used it before i mean prior 4.0. like when it very first came
out and i have used it sense.

But recently my laptop broke and i just got it fix (its been a few
months but i needed the money) and now that im on 4.0, it seems to lag
really really bad. like the cursors moves but in random directions and
it doesnt seem to respond at all sometime.

Any help with this?

or do i need more explanation?

I don't have the problem.

Seems likely that it is your connection between phone and laptop or an overactive firewall/virus scanner

I have slow initial connection between phone and pc (not mac) tho
