W4MQ Webxcvr Software

I am using KB6Q for my IRB Station and in Setup Enter Login Info I
have KB6Q listed as the IRB and his IP/URL listed. I have my call
K7RBR listed in USERCALL and the password that KB6Q assigned to me
listed in PASSWD. Should I have a check mark in either NO-HOST or
REMOTE PANEL? I am using IRB AUDIO. On the lower left side of the
Webxcvr on a yellow background it says KB6Q AVAILABLE but when I put
in my PASSWORD and click on the LOGIN buttin, where it said KB6Q
AVAILABLE turns to a red background and says KB6Q INVALID LOGIN. When
I first started downloading and installing the Webxcvr software the
KB6Q Remote was but now it just will not come to life. Does anyone
have any ideas as to what may be the problem?
