filter seems to have no effect on rtm.tasks.getList method using REST request

I'm trying to list tasks using a call like this :

http://www.rememberthemilk.com/services/rest/?api_key=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&auth_token=yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy&filter=status:incomplete&list_id=3612950&method=rtm.tasks.getList&api_sig=zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

The list ID 3612950 is a smart-list.

I get a list of tasks... but all tasks ! incomplete and completed.
I want to have only incomplete tasks as it appears when I consult this
smart-list for the web interface.

The filter parameters seems to have no effect anyway when the smart-
list contains a 'NOT dueAfter:"2 weeks" in its filter criteria
(programmed on web interface.

The only way (not so satisfactory) is to add, through the web
interface, a condition on the smart-list filter : status:incomplete
AND ....

Is anybody able to confirm it's a bug or am I completely blind ?
