API usage

I would like to find out some information regarding the API usage, if
possible.

I wish to learn how the 1s limitation is applied to an application
that is distributed via cell phones.

Hey Brian,

I have written a simple mobile application for RTM using the API.  I am not sure exactly on the number of current users, but I have not run in to or have heard about any issues with running into the API usage limits.
