New API addition: Locations

Hi there,

The API now gives you the ability to:

* Get a list of user locations (via rtm.locations.getList)

* Set task locations (via rtm.tasks.setLocation)

http://www.rememberthemilk.com/services/api/methods/rtm.tasks.setLocation.rtm

* See the location currently assigned to a task. The location is
provided in the location_id attribute on the <taskseries> element.

Please let us know if there are any other location features that you'd
like to see in the API. :)
