Famous rationalist, social reformer and freedom fighter named Goparaju
Ramachandra Rao(Gora) used to encourage widow remarriages in Andhra Pradesh
in past. Gora was also associate of Mahatma Gandhi. Mahatma Gandhi
appreciated social reform movements led by Gora. Gora's wife Saraswati also
worked with Gora in rationalist, social reformation and freedom movements.
Saraswati is still alive and living in Vijayawada.

Gora was great feminist. He also severely opposed installation of porno
idols in hindu temples and exposed the double standardism of hindu
fundamentalists.
