CRecordset::GetFieldValues and job in Moskow

here is the antiofftopic question:
I am porting an application from MFC DAO classes to MFC ODBC classes
and having a real trouble with CRecordset::GetFieldValues and
Recordsets opened as "dynaset". Every time I call GetFieldValues in a
class that also uses RFX mechanism i get an "Incorect description
index" exception. Exception never happens if I exclude the field from
DoFieldExchange of use "snapshot" type recordsets. Anybody seen things
like this bofore?
The real reason for this post is that our company located in Darmstadt
