PC or modem freezing when receiving fax.

I have a company computer to receive fax with internal modem. Since many years now I have the same problem. When I receive some fax, the PC or the modem often freeze and worse of all, it don't hang and stay silent until someone calls back to tell me that it's impossible to send me a fax. The only thing I can do then is to reboot the computer.... more »
