Full disclosure - I don't work for the company in question or the
agency. The agency contacted me about the position but commercial
experience of Rails is required. I'm spam^H^H^H passing the info on
cos the agency apparently has a referral scheme so I could get some
moolah. Simple as that.

Anyway, the company is looking for a Ruby developer to help with
converting a site from PHP to Rails. I don't really have much more
