So, being that its a bank holiday weekend i had a little more time on
my hands than normal so i figured i'd hack together something, so i
spent 3 hours making a VERY simple proof of concept iPhone version of
gumtree. Mainly because, as far as im aware, there isnt one already,
official or otherwise.
Either way, check it out, any comments are welcome.
Thanks

Salaries on jobs also need to display rather than just prices.
Am sure it's a work in progress and so big thanks for putting the time in. I wonder whether you can make it into a fully fledged iPhone App and allow people to save their location and show items nearest to them on Google Maps.

If you're really bored and in dire need of some UV we have some
much-needed weeding we've been putting off doing ;)

Nice concept and works really well.
Only grumble would be why 'iPhone version'. Can see potential here for
any mobile device and works fine on my Nokia 5800 for what it's worth
(native browser and Opera mini) unless you're planning on rolling out
some iPhone specific styling.
Cheers

I would definitely look at the navigator.location stuff in HTML5 to
automatically set the users location (but allow them to change it as
well) to reduce the step of putting in a location.
