I saw a retweet earlier re a meetup on Wednesday at Holyrood 9A. I've
been very antisocial for quite some time and it's about time I mosey
along to Refresh, TechMeetup etc. Do I just show up on Wednesday or
do I need to talk to someone to register/book-in or some such?

What's the best way to keep up to date with what's happening with this
group, should following on Twitter and subscribing to the mailing list
be sufficient?

Cheers,
Max

Just show up. Looking forward to seeing you there.

I'm not very good at emailing the list, or updating the website, but
it should always be on Twitter.

John.

How about a twitter feed for Refresh Edinburgh or whatever hash tag
you want to use - on the Refresh site?

That could well be a good idea - I'd be happy to help out[1] with adding twitter or other features if its deemed worthwhile. Just adding the refresh edinburgh account might do the job.

Also, its worth following the refreshers list on twitter ( http://twitter.com/sneeu/refreshers ). Lots of related news as well as hearing about who is going each month etc.

Dougal, and anyone else, you'd be more than welcome to fork the code,
which for some reason was private:
<http://github.com/sneeu/refreshedinburgh>

And I just deployed a quick and dirty Twitter Aggregator, we can point
the Refresh Edinburgh domain to this if people find it more useful:
<http://refreshedin.appspot.com/>

And the code (which I'm renaming, so might not immediately be available):
<http://github.com/sneeu/refreshtwitter>

John.
