My name is Ryan Spahn and I run a startup company - http://Sleep.FM .
I was unable to make it last night, but asked my friend Greg Gersham
to mention to the group that we are in need of a LAMP/Flash developer.
I got this information through one of the clients I've worked with in
the past. I can't take the job, but maybe someone else is interested:

working,
talented Developer able to multi task. Strong problem solving skills
and a

My company, SmartLogic Solutions (www.smartlogicsolutions.com), is looking to hire some developers. In particular what we need are some people with Flex/Flash/ActionScript/AIR development experience. We're a consulting company working on variety of projects for a variety of clients in a variety of industries. We're getting more demand for Flex/AIR apps than we can handle right now and would love to bring more people on staff. We've also been working on iPhone apps, Facebook apps, Ruby on Rails apps, lots of Flash video, social media / new media, etc.
As for our company, we are a team of 8 developers with our office in Emerging Technology Centers Eastern building on 33rd st. Flexible work hours: we require people to be here from 10:30 - 3:30 but are flexible apart from that. Good pay, health and dental, lots of regular social functions (monthly technical luncheons, company breakfasts, happy hours, poker night, etc), good/fun people to work with. And we give our people nice computers: dual or quad core with two 20" LCD's.
If you think you might know of anybody interested, please forward this email or put me in touch with the person. I'm happy to answer any questions regarding positions with our company. I'm also up for giving a modest finder's fee if you can help me out.
Thanks - and hope to meet some of you tomorrow at Social Dev Camp.

I don't know if anyone is looking for full time employment but I just
got hooked up with a sweet job (I hope, I start Monday) through a head
hunter. She has a blog with a bunch of jobs for various web related
specialties all in the Maryland, DC area.
