CiviCRM/Joomla project

Hello!

I'm looking for a CiviCRM/Joomla person to quote on a project. We will be taking existing non-profit site and migrating the content and look and feel to Joomla with CiviCRM for donations, members and events. 

It is a small NPO with a small staff and a small site and a relatively small budget. They run many events and have both members and volunteers. When the project is complete they want to be self sufficient with tech assistance only when new functionality is required.

I need quote(s) for:

• Create look and feel template based on old site
• Installing Joomla and CiviCRM
• Configuring Joomla and CiviCRM - menus, content pages, donation forms, membership forms, event forms and calendars
• Implement new skin/template
• Testing

...and I need your quote pronto - noon tomorrow. I'll take an all in one quote or separate quotes for the design and the technical.

I need sample sites and client references when you reply.
