Must Haves:

• .NET 4.0 and MS SQL Server
  
• Experience with .NET MVC frameworks
  
• Experience using Nhibernate
  

Experience with modern web development frameworks and libraries such as:

• HTML5 - Boilerplate, Jade, Handlebars
  
• CSS3 - Less, Sass, Stylus, 960grid
  
• JavaScript - jQuery, CoffeeScript, Backbone, RequireJS
• C# - ASP.Net, MVC.Net, Kentico, Webforms
